S.T. Dupont, a limited liability company with a share capital of 26,213,977.80 euros, whose head office is located at 92, Boulevard du Montparnasse, 75014 Paris (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”), is registered in the Paris Register of Companies under number B 572 230 829, is organising a competition entitled “S.T. DUPONT X JULIE JACOBS” on the company’s Instagram page “@stdupont” (hereinafter referred to as “the Competition”), for promotional purposes, exclusively for Instagram followers of the brand “S.T. Dupont” (hereinafter referred to as “the Brand”), pursuant to the stipulations of article 2 below.

The Competition will take place in the period between 22 November 2019 at 8:00am to 28 November 2019 at 11:59pm. The schedule of the Competition always refers to the time zone in Paris. During this period, users will be able to participate in the Instagram competition free of charge. Only the Brand’s Instagram followers aged over 18 will be able to participate to the Competition. They must accept beforehand these presents terms and conditions and subscribe to the Instagram account of "Julie Jacobs" (@ j.u.l.i.e.j.a.c.o.b.s). The Contest consist in: “Like” the picture signalling the Competition on the S.T. Dupont Instagram page “@stdupont” (which will be published on the 22 November 2019) and tag two of their Instagram friends in the photo’s comments.

The winner will be drawn at the end of the Competition from participants who have followed the brand “S.T. Dupont” on Instagram (@stdupont), followed “Julie Jacobs” on Instagram (@j.u.l.i.e.j.a.c.o.b.s), liked the Competition’s photo and tagged two of their Instagram friends in the photo’s comments.

The winner of the Competition will receive the following prize: a black “Line D Slim” document holder (réf. 185000) with a skull painted on it by Julie Jacobs.

The winner of the Competition will be announced on “S.T. Dupont’s” (@stdupont) Instagram “story”, the 29 November 2019. After the winner is announced by the Organising Company, the winner will have 30 days to contact the Organising Company and inform them about the correct receipt of the prize.

If it results that a participant does not satisfy the requirements stipulated in the Competition’s present terms and conditions or that they have not fulfilled the criteria to participate in the Competition, their participation will be considered null and void and they will automatically be excluded from the Competition. They will lose all right to the prize awarded as part of the Competition.

The content of comments or opinions which would be considered as being inadequate, offensive, abusive or discriminatory, or that could potentially infringe upon the rights of third parties, will not be permitted by the Organizing Company. Comments aimed at a private individual which violate rights to honour, personal and family privacy and personal images will also not be permitted by the Organizing Company. The Organising Company won’t in no case be held liable for damages caused by comments from participants in the Competition which could cause offence to other participants or anyone.

The Organising Company will not be held responsible for potential loss, theft, delay or any other circumstance attributable to third parties which could affect the proper running of the present Competition, or the use of the prize by the winner that they will receive as part of the Competition. The Organising Company won’t no more, be held responsible in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances which could prevent the proper running of the Competition or total or partial acceptance of the prize.

The Brand is the sole property of the Organising Company. Any total or partial representation and/or reproduction and/or exploitation of the Brand or any other intellectual property right belonging to the Organising Company is therefore prohibited. Participation in the Competition does not under any circumstances provide authorisation to use any kind of intellectual property right on the Brand and all its variations.

The contact details of participants to the Competition will be collected and processed via computer. Conforming to the General Data Protection Regulation, every participant has the right to access, correct or delete personal data concerning them by writing to the Competition address specified in article 10 above. All information received via the Competition is intended to be used to effectively manage the Competition, satisfy legal or regulatory obligations and also allow the Organising Company to send its commercial offers and information about its products by email or post. This information will be handled by the Communications Department. Personal data is not intended for use outside of the European Union. Personal data is retained for a necessary time period to run the competition. Participants can, at any time, ask to no longer receive offers by email by unsubscribing whenever an email is addressed to you by activating the link situated at the end of the message.

The present terms and conditions of the Competition are determined by French law. The tribunals in Paris shall be competent to resolve any claim and/or disagreement that may arise concerning the validity, interpretation or application of the mentioned terms and conditions.
